I'm going to hazard a guess and say the car is a Ford GT.  I'm right,
because I just double-checked myself.  Is it cheating if you had the
right answer in the first place?

Speaking of cars and cameras, there have been TWO times I swore out loud
because I didn't have my camera with me, and they were both in North
Carolina.  One time, we spotted a General Lee with the plates 66CHRGR on
I-85 near Greensboro.  I don't know if they welded the doors shut or
not.  Next, not too far from I-85, we spotted a Grand Tomato, er Gran
Torino (with the requisite Starsky & Hutch paint job) in a restaurant
parking lot.  It was pretty cool.

You WIN!!!!!!!!!!

Yes, it is the new Ford GT.  This one currently resides at the showroom at
Brit Ford in Vienna Virginia.  It can be yours for a very reasonable $250K.

Yay!  I'll take the prize money instead of the cruise, Bob.

Hey, if you're a Washington, DC lobbyist, you have to spend your federal
income tax return somehow, right?
