Need measurment from a Leicaflex lens

Hello,
Maybe somebody can help me.
I need some dimensions from a Leicaflex lens mount.
(metric dimensions would be helpful.)

The minor diameter of the lens flange, dimension “A”
The major diameter of the lens flange, dimension “B”

The diameter marked “4”

I measured my Summicron and and it looks as :
A.: 46mm
B : 49mm
4 : 55mm
