Nope. I seen an ad for a 40mm or 45mm F/2 once, like the old rokkor, but
AF. Not sure if it really exists... Only sticks out the front of the
camera like 10 - 15mm, if I remember
correctly. The 50/1.7 is nice, but I am into portability. And that little
bit is worthwhile.
Ok, I can go to extremes:)

Found this:

But doesn't look like AF.
Also, found this:

The 45 f2 is only available as manual focus. The 50mm f1.7 is going to be
about as compact as an AF Minolta lens gets.

The lens mentioned in eBay is indeed for manual focus cameras.
It is reputed to be a very good lens.
If you want a very small camera try the KM freedom zoom erxplorer with
a clamshell body and a quite good 28-75 lens.

This lens is a creation of your imagination :-) Has never existed.

Could be an eBay creation too:)
I remember now, I seen one advertised on eBay. Bet it was an MD being mis-
advertised.. Then again, a $30 adapter lets you use MD and MC glass. If
people really wanna go cheap. Or exotic.
