20D @ 1600 ISO !!

Here's a test shot I took of The Mighty Jewel  tonight using only available
light (from a ceiling fan). This is an actual-sized crop, but it's still a big
file.

When viewed to "fit on screen," that is VERY impressive for 1600.

Pretty good.  Noise does come out, but is very tolerable, considering.  Can you
do the same with something more colorful as a subject?

It's one of the ugliest pics I have ever seen.
