I am sorry to hear the link did not work for you. I have seen the one at
Photo.net. This one shows comparison shots from each lens at each
aperture. I can't tell which shots are sharp or not on my monitor (an
old 27" TV) so I will have to look at it on a computer at the library or
at a friends. Maybe someone will tell us what they think.

Having looked at this site today on a computer monitor, it appears to me
that the 50 f1.4 USM is quite a bit sharper in the corners at f1.8-f2.0
& f2.8. Center sharpness looked pretty close at all apertures to me
except f1.4 of course.
