Another shot that is a few years old. I shot this at a friends place
near the Canada/US border where there are fairly dark skies.
Shot on Supra 400 (from the freezer) with a Pentax ME Super, SMC Takumar
28mm f/2.8 @ f/3.5. Unguided exposure of 10 minutes on a motorized
german equatorial mount.
Levels adjusted in Photoshop and gradient removed with PixInSight LE.
This is more typical of what I have been shooting as opposed to nature
shots. The bulk of my shooting has been on Hydrogen hypered Technical
Pan and Agfa ST-9.

Nice, but a bit overexposed for my taste.  I do understand that you
are showing a bright part of the night sky, but even so..
