I assume you're referring to the latest "victim" who plead guilty to
solicitation in a men's room...

Queston: what heterosexual man would EVER plead guilty to that charge?

Right...

You would be right if he had plead guilty to, "that charge". In fact, he
plead guilty to disorderly conduct, (or something like that) which is not a
sex crime......As a matter of fact, even soliciting sex in a men's room
should not be a crime in my opinion. (I am a libertarian) But, the fact that
he was famous for a tight lipped, narrow minded voting record was really his
undoing.....Had he been a libertarian, no one would have cared.......

He pled to a "Disorderly Conduct" and now denies it. Who
cares, he's just a politician. What makes me wonder is how the good
taxpayers of  Minn./St Paul feel about paying their cops good money to sit
in a mens room all day. How many cops sat in how many crappers how many
days, to get a discon? That"s exactly the kind of thing Guiliani would do,
only he would have them dress in drag, like him, and then steal; oops,
impound their car.   Bob Hickey

If you don't know about it, you're probably the last one in the whole
wide world.

Go to google images and enter "Giuliani in drag".

Yep, 1st I heard of it.
I'm so out of touch with _pop culture_ (by design),  if Bart Simpson
sat next to me on the train I wouldn't know who he is.
