Cropping the image a bit at the botom would make it a bit stronger.
Taking away the roadway and waiting for no cars or walkers would have
also improved the image.
I like the idea of where you are going with this image and you
almost had it. Maybe one more f/stop closed would have tightened the
image and defined the branches a bit more. But you were there and I
wasn't.
Keep at it. Only way to get better is to keep shooting and showing.
Asking questions. Getting people to talk about the image, good and
bad, will increase your knowledge and help create even more wonderful
images.
Of course this is only MHO and you can take it or lump it. Your
choice.
