My ex-father-in-law did something similar, but he used them as
"business cards".

I've got several actually, although I couldn't tell you where they are
right now; plastic, wood, paper and metal.
1-1/4" is about right for the size, that's why I was wonderin' where
Jim's friend made them back in high school.
