Source for M42 lens back caps

Hi,

I wasn't expecting it but I'm having trouble sourcing M42 lens back caps.

Does anybody have a good source for them; I need about 5? I'm in the UK.

Can we assume I've searched eBay?

I would assume that you've checked B&H (www.bhphotovideo.com - they ship
internationally) and Porter's Camera (www.porters.com)?

There are 12 currently advertised on eBay UK from the same seller,
"member446885", whose feedback rating is +25,000 and 99.4% positive.

Best not to assume, I find!

I have purchased new M42 rear lens caps from both shops, but in each
case it was a couple of years ago.

I was looking for somebody selling them in the UK - there was only one
ancient metal one for sale here. I should've said I wanted to buy from
the UK.

I gave up in the end and bought them from Hong Kong. Pretty cheap at the
current USD-UKL rate.

The three sellers I suggested are all located in the UK.

The eBay seller "member446885" is based in Hampshire or Dorset. The
eBay seller "loobylin" is based in Lancashire. Denton Photo Optics is
based in Denton, Greater Manchester.

I think that shows that one cannot help all of the people, all of the
time, no matter how hard one tries.
