cassia - 09 Jul 2007 22:44 GMT I just had a birthday and I told everyone that I wanted the lastest adobe suite with photoshop CS3, and ended up with three copies.
I am keeping the one with the most stuff, because I always like stuff, but I need to sell the other two copies, but I don't know how much I should charge??
They are unopened, and have all the regular warranties and come with: photoshop CS3, indesign, illustrator, and acrobat.
help
thanks, cassiawest@yahoo.com cassiadenton@gmail.com

That still wouldn't allow you to sleep any better at night since you are still using an unauthorized copy. Once a thief always a thief.

Don't look like to me.
So "Rita" it looks like you owe someone an apology.

BUT, and it is a big but, you are forgetting that Bret previously admitted that he was using an unauthorized "fixed" copy of prior to (and still is) this gentleman making this offer. And think about it, why would Bret want a legitimate copy since he claims, "to already have one?" Maybe Bret's conscience is bothering him?

As for why I would want it maybe you should learn to read:

Yeah, the real deal is that you're too fuckin stupid to know the difference between the standalone CS3 and the Creative Suite Design Premium edition that the OP mentioned. FYI, the difference is about $550.

I guess there would be a difference if it were really coming out of your pocket. Since we both know it is not you are still using unauthorized software that is of questionable legitimacy.

Only if it is watermelon red. Hey, I'm not slinging anything around that you didn't admit to. You don't like me or anyone else repeating what you said than don't post it in a public forum. I'm going by your word that you are a using an unauthorized and fixed copy of CS3. You said it; I didn't make this up, so this is your problem. Deal with it.

Well, sadly a lot of alter boys and their parents trusted the good old Catholic priests and look where that has gone. And these children had their lives ruined because they didn't have the luxury of betting their life on it. I know Bret's a good guy and all of that but we can't deny that what he's doing is wrong.

Tragically I know too well about those alter boys. I was at the trial of one. (Have you ever seen the movie The Boys of St. Vincent? The circumstances were almost the same). I cry every time I watch it as it reminds me of the reality of it, even though the movie is fictional.
"we can't deny that what he's doing is wrong."
That's just it. You don't know if he has done it. The point I tried to make was that sometimes Bret says things on the NG just to raise eyebrows. Have proof before you accuse and label him with a terrible name. Helen

====================================================== Rabbi of Jewish group resigns after NBC links him to Web sex sting JTA News ^ | November 2, 2005 | Matthew E. Berger

WASHINGTON, Nov. 2 (JTA) — An official with an educational program for Jewish high school students has resigned after allegedly searching the Internet for liaisons with underage boys and sending naked pictures of himself.
Rabbi David Kaye resigned from Panim on Monday, informing leaders that he was to be featured on “Dateline NBC” on Friday for seeking a sexual encounter with an underage boy in a chat room.
“He told me he was going to be on a program on national television that would identify him engaging in inappropriate behavior,” said Rabbi Sid Schwarz, founder and president of the Washington-based Panim: The Institute for Jewish Leadership and Values. ===============================================

Lots more out there. if you can single out ONE group of people with their clergy problems, I'm happy to single out another.

Rita Ä Berkowitz - 11 Jul 2007 10:31 GMT > Lots more out there. if you can single out ONE group of people with > their clergy problems, I'm happy to single out another. That would be all fine and good, but none of these so-called "Rabbi" was really Jewish. Only Catholics have the molestation gene. Child molestation is impossible for a Jew to do.

[quoted text clipped - 14 lines] > cassiawest@yahoo.com > cassiadenton@gmail.com Assuming as advertised and has never been registered? I I personally knew the person I might pay as much as 90% of the price I could find from legitmate retailers (i.e. local stores, Amazon.com, bhphotovideo, pcconnection, CDW etc) If I did not know the seller (i.e. auction) them the scenario changes big time. Depending on the terms and whether I can really trust the seller, I would not likely pay more than 60% of the retail price. Spending a few hundred bucks for a piece of software that I can't register with Adobe makes for a bad day! If someone is selling it for a ridicuously low price I know they copy is either conterfiet, registered or otherwise imperfect.
