[SI] - Mandate - Chiaroscuro

Literally, this means "bright darkness" and refers to a subject
that stands out distinctly, in brightness and contrast, from its
surroundings or background. Sometimes this simply means a flash/strobe
shot in a darker environment. Bonus points for "art" and for using
the darker background to significant advantage.
