It was two years ago :-(
I'm pretty? sure it was PS Elements 2.0?

I'd use Adobe's Bridge today,  the only use for Bridge I've found :-)

Hmmph, unexplored depths of Pshop, I never tried to do animations with it...

Save as GIF , Check box save layers as frames...  Not bad. pretty
straight forward.
