very rare Italian subminiature camera ,,, any info on this ?

I came across a very strange subminiature camera. I wish I could post a
picture of it here, but I don't know how to do that.
Here is a link to it on EBAY.
Does anyone know anything about this or what it might be worth ??

That is the notorious "scat" camera.  Seems it used animal dung as part of
the photo chemical process...
(Note the label on the camera)
