What did you use to make the pano?

At first I used Photomerge in CS2, but that didn't do a very good job.
So then I re-stitched it using PTGui and that result can be seen here:

There's less blue in this one, but I found all of them pleasing. As to
the stitching error, until it was pointed out, I though a pipeline had
been put through two years prior.
