It may be that your ISP is blocking it. Try going through a proxy server.
Try this site:
http://anonymouse.org/anonwww.html
Then enter the URL you want to connect with, and it will connect you while
bypassing your ISP. It will also strip your personally-identifiable
information, so the web site cannot harvest your information.

Nope. It's back for me, too.
Was definitely inaccessible for most of the day for me, though. I
could traceroute through to the IP address *or* the URL but couldn't
reach it through a browser. I expect it was a temporary server glitch.
