I have a Canon G1 and a Canon G2.
When I install the second camera, the first one disappears.
They have different drivers.

Please help

If you are using Windows XP, you should not have to install anything.
Plug in the camera (either one) into USB. You can only have one camera
connected to USB at a time.

You access the images through a removable disk letter in either My Computer
or Windows Explorer.

If you are using Windows 98 SE then you do have to install a driver for the
camera.

Since they are both Canon G series, won't the one driver work for both
cameras. Have you tried both cameras with the driver installed?

If that does not work try connecting the second camera to a different USB
port (a different plug on the computer).

Hubs are a bad idea, they often do not work with some devices.

Well. I just don't understand but everything works fine now.

I had theG1 installed, plug the G2 and allow the XP to install it
using the driver I had from the Canon web site.
I can even import pictures on PrintShopPro that I couldn't before.

I guess I was looking for some one to tell me "it should work"

Thanks

John
