The groups located in the rec.photo.digital.* hierarchy should
suffice (thou maybe a bit too general, i.e. not canon-specific).

I can recommend searching those groups over at Google before
posting/asking - maybe your problem isn't unique!
Chances are that you can find the solution there first...
