Connecticut Valley Camera Club was founded in October 2001 by eight people committed to improve each other's photography. Through friendly competition, exhibitions, and by learning from guest speakers, the club developed and expanded. The Club maintains a busy schedule of exhibitions, guest speakers, and workshops and is now recognised for its activities in the lower Connecticut River Valley. The club welcomes new members who wish to improve their skills and enjoy a friendly relationship with other photographers.
