Grace Lutheran Church, 1124 N 3rd St (at Moreland, South of Margaret T. Hance Park). A photo competition is held each month. The competition has three judges (usually two members and one non-member). Images entered in competition are judged using a set criteria of (1) Technical Merit, (2) Composition, and (3) Impact.
