Boston Camera Club
The Boston Camera Club meets every Tuesday night, except holidays, at All Saints Parish, 1773 Beacon Street, Brookline, Massachusetts. Meeting time is 7:30pm for most weeks, except for Portrait Group which meets at 7:00pm. Camera Club of Fitchburg
Our activities consist of a monthly competition of slides and prints, workshops, field trips, member shows, guest speakers, and the annual awards banquet. Our field trips are likely to take us almost anywhere in New England from Boston to Vermont, Maine, New Hampshire, and Rhode Island.
Gateway Camera Club
The club provides that framework through photo programs, competitions, and photographic opportunities. The club's talented photographers provide a support network that can inspire newer members and provide answers to virtually all questions about photography. We meet at Whitney Place in Natick, on the west-bound side of Route 9 just east of Route 27. Our club is very active and we meet on most Tuesdays of each month from September to June. Meeting time each Tuesday is 7:30 pm.
Greater Brockton Camera Club
Activities: Monthly Club Competitions; Instructional Programs by Noted Photographers; Technical Sessions; Monthly Newsletter; Model Night; Inter-Club Competition; Field Trips; Annual Christmas Party; End of the Year Awards Banquet; Club Picnic. Our doors are open to anyone with an interest in photography! NO PHOTOGRAPHIC EXPERIENCE NECESSARY. From beginner to the serious amateur to the professional, we all have one thing in common, an interest in improving our photographic skills.
Merrimack Valley Camera Club
Founded over 50 years ago, MVCC currently meets on Wednesday evenings from September through May, at the Trinitarian Congregational Church, Elm Street, North Andover, Massachusetts (directions). Refreshments and socializing, 7:00-7:30 p.m.; Program, 7:30~9:00 p.m. Please check the Program Calendar for the latest schedule information (including snow cancellations). Programs include instruction, entertainment, hands-on (model and still life), monthly print and slide competitions, and inter-club competitions. Annual dues are $40.00 with a special rate of $20.00 offered to full-time students (application).
New England Camera Club Council
NECCC is a non-profit camera club council with over 80 member camera clubs in New England (Connecticut, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, and Maine). NECCC sponsors one of the largest photography conferences in the U.S. each July at the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, Mass. Almost 1,200 photographers from the U.S. and other countries attend our conference. Attendees range from beginner to professional photographer. Newton Camera Club
We meet from September through April on the second and fourth Mondays at the Nonantum branch of the Newton Public Library. Meetings usually alternate between presentations by external photographers and juried competitions. We also go on occasional field trips around Massachusetts and New England.
Photographic Historical Society of New England
The monthly meetings are usually held on the first Sunday of the month, 1:30 PM at Our Lady's Church, 920 Trapelo Rd., Waltham, MA. We have about 700 members worldwide and publish the "Journal". We were founded in 1973 and are the largest of the forty regional photographic historical societies in the world. We sponsor "Photographica" Shows in the spring and fall with 200 plus dealers.
South Shore Camera Club
We hold our meetings on Tuesday nights at 7:30pm except for the Executive Board meetings on the first Tuesday of the month at 7:00pm. We meet from the 2nd Tuesday in September through the last Tuesday in May with our banquet in June but don't meet over the year end holidays. The club holds monthly competitions from October through May on the second Tuesday of the month. We compete with color slides, color prints and black & white prints. We also have interclub competitions with other clubs in our local region including Greater Lynn, Brockton and Milton. We also enter competitions sponsored by the New England Camera Club Council and the Photographic Society of America.
Springfield Photographic Society
The club activities include monthly programs and competitions where club members submit their own photographic works for critique and viewing by other members. The programs are intended to entertain and/or educate the members in the art and science of photography. SPS is also a member club of the New England Camera Club Council which, each July, hosts a major photography event and conference at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, MA. Guests are always welcome to our meets.
